Required Elements: Air End-Over Invert

  • PoleDivas Championships 2010 Required Elements – Air End-Over Invert

    Move must be started from up the pole. Pole must be held to one side. Competitor should become inverted. (Chopper/Static V position NOT required)

    We don’t want anyone to be confused by the moves they are required to include in their routine. We are creating a selection of videos demonstrating the required elements.
